Commitment to Quality

Corporations today realize that the pace of computer and Internet development is far more rapid than the rate of skill development of their employees. It is becoming increasingly more difficult to manage hardware and software applications. Corporations are looking to update IT skills of existing employees or hire new IT employees. The founders of Almatech Resource Institute have experienced this shortage and responds by offering technical training that replenishes the IT workforce throughout our community. Our programs empower individuals to be better equipped to manage networks, develop software or design databases.

Almatech is committed to preparing students for a future in information technology. To achieve this goal, our counselors and instructors will assess current skills; establish a training path for success; frequently monitor student progress; and partner with local businesses to place students in a career. In addition, Almatech provides expert instructors that must complete on-site "train the trainer" sessions to insure our curriculum is properly delivered in accordance with the standards set by industry vendors and Almatech. All training comes with a guarantee of satisfaction to both the student and the existing or prospective employer. Our job is done when we are confident both corporations and students have benefited from our technical training mission.

Combining the workforce market demands and our approach to quality training creates a rewarding learning environment for each student and a "no risk" resource for businesses.
